Welcome to Dirty Donkey Ranch
Nestled on nearly 600 acres of beautiful land in Oneonta, Alabama, Dirty Donkey Ranch is a labor of love and a dream in the making. Since acquiring our property in 2023, we’ve spent the past two years restoring and preparing the land to create a safe, happy, and vibrant home for our animals.
Our passion for donkeys inspired the ranch’s name, but our vision extends far beyond! Today, our ranch is home to Scottish Highland cows, Black Angus cows, swans, geese, ducks, and emu, all enjoying plenty of space to roam, graze, and thrive in a natural, nurturing environment. As we continue to grow, we look forward to welcoming even more additions to the ranch, including peacocks, goats, alpacas, and, of course, the donkeys that inspired it all.
Dirty Donkey Ranch isn’t just about animals—it’s about creating a sanctuary where people can connect with nature, enjoy the beauty of rural life, and share in our joy for these incredible creatures. We can’t wait to open our doors, share our love for livestock, and build a community around kindness, curiosity, and respect for all living beings.
